Your purchase of services from Dj Aavi Event Entertainment & Special Effects is subject to these terms & Conditions of Service. By accessing and purchasing the services, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them, and an agreement is formed between us and you. This contract is subject to change without notification to the purchaser. We reserve the right to alter this contract at any time.

1. After 5 days from the booking fee payment date the booking fee payment is non-refundable.

2. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the equipment booked including display of special effects and services meet the requirements of the venue. We are not responsible if the venue is found to be in breach of the venue terms and conditions. No refunds, part or full, will be given for non-use of specific equipment that cannot be used due to any venue restrictions imposed.

3. At times, to capture our services and special effects for promotional purposes and social media professional photos/videos will be taken at the function.

4. Any damages to the company equipment by client, guests or uninvited guests, it is the responsibility of the client to compensate for the damages.

5. The firm will accept no responsibility if anyone is injured due to lack of security or unprofessional/unsafe handling of the company equipment and consumables.
